The bar is custom made that seats 10 people comfortably with an additional TV. the living room consists of 2 rocker reclining love-seats with cup holders, large couch with 2 recliners and a stand alone rocker recliner. Spacious bathroom with large tile shower. Three bedrooms upstairs which can accommodate sleeping for 10, 1 bedroom has 2 queen size beds, 1 bedroom has 2 full size beds, and 1 bedroom has 1 full size bed. Upstairs also has an open area which can be utilized for additional sleeping area if guests choose to bring their own air mattress(s) and bedding. All other bedding and towels included. The property is extremely well maintained. No Smoking in Building, any smoking outside guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Property located 1 hour over the bridge. Curtis is 3 minutes down the road with, restaurant, bars, gas station/convenience store and fishing, hunting, and sporting goods stores.
