Positive: Super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast (you can choose from several options), spacious room, everything clean. It's just a 2min walk to the beach, several shops and restaurants are close by. You can book tours (e.g. whaleshark, mantas) at the reception and you will pay it at the end of your stay. So no hassle with taking money or your wallet to excursions. I especially liked how they handled tipping: you just add a tip at the end of the stay for everything and it will be shared among all involved (hotel staff, tour operators, etc.). So you only have to worry about tipping once and you can pay the tip by card. Nice and simple. We did the whaleshark tour and saw one (well, my wife - I unfortunately was the only one in the boat who missed it...). There's good snorkeling at the "tourist beach". Can 100% recommend and would stay there again.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind. Of course, you could complain about the sand - but then the Maldives are probably the wrong destination for you. :D
