This beautiful restored 1940’s studio cottage (400 square ft) with a kitchenette and bathroom. The main room is open concept defined by the furniture. This cottage is located on Eight acres with the primary residence on property. It is at the beginning of the Wine Trail and the Texas Hill Country Trail.
perfect location for weekend travelers The cottage is just minutes outside of the City of Kerrville just three miles off the 10 freeway. Twenty minutes to Fredericksburg and 30 minutes to Bandera.
