Positive: This is a very peaceful little 'resort'. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are large and very clean. Although food is served here, we tended to walk the short distance to the few local restaurants by the river. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and helped with suggestions of local activities and a booking onto a kayaking tour run by themselves (which was very good value). Overall, we really enjoyed our short but sweet stay here.
