Your boat must fit, tip to tip with the motor up, within the 35' of seawall. Stunning canal views in two directions from the covered patio, with a view of the ocean to the northeast. There is a lower level fridge and freezer for your bait and fresh catch, and you will have use of a lockable storeroom under the home, for your dive and fishing gear, or personal items such as suitcases and beach paraphernalia.
