2) there is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property
3) quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors
4) no hunting or fishing on the property
5) no fireworks on the property
6) no pets allowed at the property
7) please specify the accurate guest count and notify us If that number changes and is more than 16, an extra guest fee that is $20 per person per night plus service fee and taxes will apply.

9) no visitors allowed without permission; including visitors pets
