bay village 222 is a lovely, air-conditioned two bedroom, two bath vacation condo in the island community of bay village located on the residential, south end of fort myers beach Sitting on a salt water inlet fed by waters of Estero Bay, Bay Village offers the natural, quiet beauty of the Back Bays (relax to the sights and sounds of fish jumping and the many tropical birds) while just a short walk to the gorgeous sugar white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf.

The building elevator is being repaired and is scheduled to be operational March 2025. Beach chairs, cooler, tennis rackets and beach wagon are supplied and waiting for you in the storage room. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
