It is convenient to all of the attractions, yet it is situated in a quiet, secure neighborhood in SW Cape Coral. Walk across the street to the park and enjoy pickleball, tennis, beach volleyball, cornhole, playground, basketball and a putting green. Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, Matlacha, and the beaches are a quick drive or boat ride. You will love this location complete with walking paths and palm tree lined streets.
the waterfront is a 200ft plus wide canal with kayaking, fishing, and gulf access boating to beaches and restaurants Fishing off the dock is great and we provide 2 poles, a bait bucket and a tackle box. After a day of fishing or boating, relax in the private, heated pool or hot tub.

The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. We have four adult bicycles, 2 kayaks, golf putters for the putting green, tennis and pickleball racquets, and a basketball for the park.
