the middle level apartment has four bedrooms each with attached bathroom (2 with bath tubs, 2 with showers); large living room with dining area and open plan kitchen; large balcony facing south and west; 8 person open air heated sundance spa jacuzzi on balcony; central heating with individual room thermostat controls; log burning fireplace; all double glazed storm windows; garage / parking area for 1 car - plus on street parking; maids room (adjacent to the garage) Total internal floor area 156sq m, and large balcony with heated hot tub. Suggested maximum occupancy 8 persons. However one or two extra beds can be provided at an extra charge. Please note that there are only two extra beds in total for both apartments.
