Summary: We stayed at this nice marina condo for two months and loved the beautiful views and proximity to the beach. The place was clean and well stocked with dishes, linens and pantry staples. Local area restaurants were steps away and were very good. We did have a couple of issues with inconsistent hot water in the showers but eventually a plumber came and showed us how to get the on demand water heater to function correctly. We also had a problem with the washer lid not opening and could tell that this had been an issue before because it was bent up on one side. After a few uses the latch broke as we were trying to open it and the manager promptly had a mechanic come to fix it but we were charged for the repair. Overall it is a nice condo with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the boats and natural environment. Carmen, the property manager, was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions.
