our private villa la estancia villa 2502 is a dead centered 5th floor condo above the lobby building with an unobstructed direct ocean view from every room You are not looking into other villa, and they are not seeing into ours.

update sept 2014 - we installed an interior door from the living room to the 2nd bedroom - very important if you have small children needing the second bedroom for sleeping Original construction was a Lockoff configuration, meaning you needed to use the balcony to move around.
