Positive: I spent a week here with my girlfriend, and I honestly don’t think we've ever been welcomed so warmly anywhere else before. The property is only a few months old and the staff do an amazing job keeping everything clean and fresh. The location is excellent for visiting all the archaeological sites on both the West Bank and the East Bank of Luxor, plus Karim has organized for us all the transfers with a personal driver. And he is also a licensed Egyptologist if you need a guide. The food is excellent and freshly cooked by them: you just need to choose out the menu and at what time you would prefer to eat, better than a restaurant! And don't bother about the mineral water, you can get it for free from the fridge by yourself, anytime you want. On top of that, when my girlfriend had a health issue, Karim immediately took action and brought us to a doctor so she could receive treatment, without hesitating for a second. Everyone was also incredibly kind to her and did their best to make her feel comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Luxor. Shukran awi to Karim, Hamdi, Mohammed, Said, and all the rest of the staff.
