Positive: The hosts were very accommodating upon arrival. We didn't arrive until 11:30 at night, and they were there to open the house for us. The house was adorable. It was a barn that had been turned into a guest house. We had booked this location for our trip to Disney, and it was extremely close to the parks. We brought our dogs, and they even set out a bed and water for them. The owners also offered to let our dogs out during the day while we were at the parks, for the yard for the dogs to run was abundant! The house included everything you would need for a stay. All the extras were very nice: heated towel rack, single serve coffee maker with coffee and cream, local restaurant menus, games, toys, private front patio area, huge yard, easy parking
Negative: The hosts do not speak English well, and that made for an uncomfortable situation concerning the heating/air conditioning units. Apparently, the owners did not want us to use the AC component, but that was never conveyed. Upon a visit to the house, the host yelled at my husband for running the AC, but he didn't understand what the issue was. Later, I received a phone call from the owner yelling at me about the same concern, and when I expressed remorse and said ok, she continued to yell at me...STOP, STOP, STOP. I received a message from the owners expressing the same concern, however the message was delivered at 4 am on the day of checkout, not the day it actually happened.
Summary: Lovely home close to Disney! Limited English.
