Summary: We have stayed here for the last 18 years love it - check in process was different as a non-owner - my reservation was 5 different reservations so 5 different charges at check in - which triggered a fraud alert on my CC - previous we have been able to request location in resort - did not get that ability - but highly recommend this property.
