i live in the main house - text is best if i’m not about I respect how you want to spend your holiday - it’s easy to avoid me as the dwellings are completely separate and divided by a fence but happy to have a chat any time.
in the heart of town therefore very close to everything : middle pub, all the fab eateries, shops and the amazing kiva spa Mullum Markets are a short drive or bike ride. Mullum Pool is about 5-10 minutes walk.

mullum township is flat so bikes are popular A car is the easiest way to explore the surrounding areas.

i ask you remove your shoes before entering to keep the house clean It’s a sleepy little neighbourhood so no parties permitted and keep music to neighbour-friendly levels - I can recommend the Middle Pub or Mullum Continental (both a short stroll away) for music and partying.
