it features a bright and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a well-equipped kitchen With airy, sunlit interiors, our local designer has created a contemporary yet classic space. Eclectic wall art and flowing drapery give this apartment character. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for in-house dining, and the cozy entertainment area invites you to relax with a film and a glass of wine.

2 Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3 Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4 Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5 No smoking on interior areas.
6 If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7 Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8 Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
