as the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit.

the friendly hills area of joshua tree is known for it's large houses, friendly neighbors and being just a few minutes away from both the joshua tree village and national park The village offers a quirky, eclectic, and vibrant collection of unique High Desert shops, restaurants, and music venues – all within easy walking distance of each other.

while a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain

- the hot tub is always free to heat
- however, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating, see below
- if you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know 48 hours before you arrive

no jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• events & commercial photoshoots: are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees
• dogs: your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100 Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.
