this is a newly built single story lake front home with modern finishes and an open concept Inside you will be greeted with a large living room overlooking the lake with a beautiful stone propane fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a large main bedroom with a king size bed, walkout access to the deck and lake front, and an ensuite with soaker tub, dual sinks, and large shower. There is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed tastefully decorated and a room with two comfortable twin-size beds that would accommodate children or adults.
there is also a second bathroom with full bath and shower and a laundry room with washer and dryer available for guest use The kitchen has all the amenities including brand new appliances, a wine chiller, large walk in pantry and everything you will need to cook for you and your family.
the outdoor area has a large back deck with dining area, bbq for grilling and fire pit For lake access and swimming there is a large deck and dock out onto the water and a small sandy beach area to the side. The private boat launch is directly beside the property with easy access to Falls Lake. There are life jackets, floats, a kayak, and paddle boat that can be enjoyed by our guests.
