this downstairs unit has tile floors throughout the main living area and new carpet in both bedrooms The bathroom features a step-in shower. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and the second bedroom a bunk with a full size bed below and a twin on top.
this condo is within a beautiful landscaped 24 hour gated community in the south waterside complex The condo sits directly on the wide canal. The ground floor unit means no stairs to deal with when dragging in your luggage or groceries.
