Positive: I like how the hotel feel very cozy from the lobby to the hallway and to the room. The bed was very cosy and clean. I love how the hotel doesn't serve water in plastic bottles anymore and placing many water coolers in various spots. I think the best was the customer service, there was a mistake in the system that I couldn't get the family room I booked, but the staff quickly fix the problem by giving me another room and make sure I get what I paid for: this makes me feel very valued as a guest.

Negative: Breakfast taste and quality need to be improved.

Summary: Definitely come back again!
