This is a one Bedroom , one Bath Suite ,separate Entrance ,but located in a single Family Home in a lovely and secure gated Community near the village of La Mision.Rosarito Beach is a 25 minute drive to the north,and Ensenada 25 minutes to the South.There are 9 fantastic Restaurants and Bars within a 2mile Radius,among them world famous La Fonda.Our area is the most beautiful (in my humble opinion)on the stretch between Tijuana and Ensenada ,with sweeping views of the coastline and a wonderful ,mostly empty public Beach.The room itself features lovely Ocean Views(from the Bed!), has it's own Patio with an outdoor Bar,Lounge Chairs and a small Table and Chairs for your outdoor Enjoyment.There is a large,secure Space for Surfboards or Bicycle Storage behind the House.The Studio Room itself features wireless Internet ,Coffeemaker Refrigerator,Microwave and Toaster Oven. It is totally self contained with a Queen Bed,En Suite Bathroom and it’s own Entrance.(You never have to see me,unless You want to😜)The Complex offers a beautiful Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi.
