the ‘ocean view ii’ private condominium is equipped with secured entry and exit points A porter is available 24 hours daily. There is a swimming pool at the front of the complex, which is for the exclusive use of the residents of the condominium. Also near the swimming pool is a private outdoor parking area reserved for the residents of the condominium, where one of the parking spaces can be occupied for each apartment rented. Usually there is no problem finding a space in the private parking area, but in any case, there is plenty of street-side parking.

Two of the bedrooms have open and uninterrupted views to the Atlantic Ocean and have direct access to the terrace. At the entrance of the apartment there is a guest bathroom, and furthermore a charming and cozy sitting/dining room with comfortable furniture and a fully equipped kitchen.

We offer if requested upon booking, a weekly cleaning service of the flat that includes a change of bedsheets and towels at an extra charge. We can arrange additional cleaning on a daily basis (to be paid directly to the cleaning lady) only if requested and confirmed upon booking.
