this is a 1,294 sf recently renovated brand new single-family residence The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a shower, a full kitchen, a living room, a backyard with BBQ, and dining with complimentary amenities for your convenience. Our property is equipped with a smart TV in each room for your viewing pleasure.
this residence is right next (barely 30 seconds!) to eisenhower park which has a beautiful fishable lake and picnic areas, so you are never too far from nature The backyard is equipped with a BBQ grill, and dining and lounge areas. A beautiful rooftop view lets you have a look around the beautiful city of Orange. You can see a bit of the Disneyland fireworks and, on a clear day, see Catalina Island too. The washer and dryer are located in a cute mini shack outside the BBQ.
