1 Smoking is strictly prohibited. If found or detected, a deep cleaning fee of RM3500 is required.

3 No party or loud noise allowed in this space, if complaint is received, guests will have to leave immediately after 2 warnings issued and no refunds will be given.
4 Please take good care of the access cards, if damaged or lost, each card requires a RM250 replacement fee (non-negotiable)..
