Fully remodeled cabin in a quiet setting that you will find cozy and peaceful with frequent wild life visitors to the yard. Deer can be seen almost daily, along with occasional visits from turkey, woodchucks, rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels, and rarely a bear. The private screened-in back porch is a favorite spot. Close enough to 5 towns (Titusville 10 min; Franklin & Oil City 25 min; Meadville 30 min; Erie 60 min), game lands, trout stocked fishing streams, and bike trails. lots to enjoy!

This enables wildlife to be minimally disturbed by your presence so that you have the best wildlife viewing enjoyment. There is no hunting or smoking permitted.
since, we do not have a paved driveway, we would appreciate you taking your shoes and boots off at the door
