you will love our peaceful penthouse two bedroom suite It is conveniently located near the I-17 and Peoria in Phoenix for easy access to the city and state. You will have access to our heated pool, spa, tennis courts and BBQ grills. We also have a beautiful lake with walking paths and you’ll see ducks, geese and other wildlife. Our condo is furnished with power reclining sofa, King size beds and Roku TVs in every room. We also have a screened in patio over looking the lake. just beautiful!

our penthouse is updated and a very awesome space! our complex is very close to many excellent restaurants and castle coasters is a fun place for all ages We are close to the freeway to get to any part of the valley you desire. you will just love this place

you have our entire penthouse except two closets that are locked You will need the key provided to use our heated pool, tennis courts or walk around the lake. We provide tennis racquets, pickle ball racquets and balls as well as pool floats.

there are dumpster on site to throw your trash away they are located behind block walls and gates there are several on the property
