The is a127m2 two floor apartment on the top third and fourth floors of the apartment house. Most of the ceilings include massive wood timbers traditional in Swiss architecture.
after leaving the lift to the 3rd floor, you enter the apartment into a lovely open plan living area with ample seating, open fireplace access to the balcony and dining area, and connected to the kitchen via a counter There is also a WC with wash hand basin.
upstairs are two bedrooms - one swiss-double and one with twin beds - with between them a shower-room with a large corner bath, a separate shower, double washbasins, wc and small washing machine
at the bottom of the stairs a door leads to a bedroom & ensuite shower room This large room has a Swiss-double bed, CD player, TV, table, a shower room, built in wardrobes, and a visually separated area suitable for an extra child’s bed or one or two travel cots (an extra bed and a cot are available by prior arrangement).
the kitchen, conveniently separated from the living room area by a counter, has a ceramic hob, full electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, nesspresso coffee machine, kettle, and is well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc There is a Fondue set, and a teapot and toaster. (A microwave oven is available in a cupboard if you need it.)
