Negative: Lack of air cond. way too hot! Bathroom had no toilet paper holder, no towel bars or drawers. Nowhere to hang wet towels. No counter on which to place toiletries, in spite of the fact there was room for a very large counter area. Made no sense! Shower floor extremely treacherous. Needs mat. Bedrooms should have a surface area to place suitcases, and not just on the floor, and a chair would be nice. Wi-fi only worked if a central light was left on! Once light was turned off, no more wi-fi! All three kitchen windows fell out. Very startling! DW didn’t work. Lots of lovely products for us to use - thanks. People should not be asked to remove their shoes at the lower level shoe rack. It’s quite dangerous to go up and down those stairs in stocking feet. Signage from the street needs a huge improvement. It’s quite difficult to find the property with just 36-8. All in all, we all felt like we were being treated like children, with the myriad of instructions from you. And finally, the reservation system was far too onerous and complicated, especially for older folks without computer knowledge. I hope this critique is helpful. The place could be quite lovely with the above improvements.
