- there is a $300 fee during booking for community registration The additional amount will be paid separately if the total fee exceeds the initial amount collected. this fee is used to pay the community renter fees including:
- transaction fee per rental: $20
- gate card fee: $20 per card
- temporary membership (age 6 and over): $850 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (May 23, 2025, through September 2, 2025) / $2.00 daily off-season.
