notes on the pool and hot tub
to turn on and off the hot tub, use the controls box in the lanai It'll take approximately 45-60 min to heat up. Please turn off the hot tub when not in use. The spa will turn off automatically after several hours.
do not attempt to adjust pool or hot tub settings at the main control box
during cooler months, we will heat the pool to try to take the chill out In the morning or during cold snaps, the pool may not feel as warm because the air temperature is lower than usual for Florida. Give the pool time to heat up during the day. It is only heating when the pump is running (aka water is spilling over from the hot tub to the pool). The pump is set to run on a predetermined schedule. Please note that if you have the hot tub running, the pool will not heat during that time.
the pool should never feel “hot” For a hot water experience, we recommend using the hot tub.
there is a removable netted fence around the pool on the lanai This is an added safety feature but should not replace proper supervision of any children, the elderly or any other weak swimmers. Never leave children unattended anywhere in the home, including outside, and never swim alone.
