Welcome to La Paz and my home at Villas La Posada. Below is information to help you get to know La Paz and the accomodations at this beautiful complex. My Villa is Number 006. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions! You can pay by personal check, Pay Pal or credit card.

Villas La Posada is a new complex located in La Paz, Mexico - the capital of California Baja Sur on the Sea of Cortez. This complex can best be described as a boutique villa/ condominium residence. The Bay of La Paz, which is a wonderful place to walk and search for sea shells, is only
a half block from the Villas La Posada complex. This unit is located on the ground floor of the complex providing direct access to the pool and Jacuzzi area. This Villa has two large bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and two full bathrooms each with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities to make you feel as though you are in your own kitchen. For those of you who like to cook, you will also have a 15 bottle spice rack to use!

In addition to this beautifully decorated Villa, you will have access to other outdoor amenities to include an outdoor cooking and eating area next to the pool. “The Palapa” offers a large gas grill, full size refrigerator, sink, bathroom, tables and chairs for dining and/or cocktails. All guests also have access to the rooftop terrace and hot-tub of the “Tower” – which offers beautiful views of the Bay, the city of La Paz and spectacular sunsets.

There is a large grocery store within walking distance from the complex. Access to the Malecon and La Paz’s downtown area is extremely easy and just a short drive away. The Malecon offers a beautiful waterfront walkway, where people jog in the morning and stroll in the evening, and seaside restaurants and shops..

This 2 Bedrooms Villa provides accommodation with Balcony/Terrace, Bedding/Linens, Kitchen, for your convenience. This Villa features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group. Summary: My husband and I travel frequently and prefer to stay at VRBO accommodations as compared to a hotel. We have had a variety of experiences and Lea's place was one of the best places we've stayed at. From her detailed instructions, to the extremely clean home in a fantastic location, to all the thoughtful details she has done to make staying at her place so enjoyable. There was nothing that hadn't been thought of. From the pitcher of cold water in the fridge, to beach umbrellas and coolers, and a beautifully outfitted kitchen, we felt that nothing had been overlooked. If we had any questions, Lea was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. The decor is charming and welcoming. We loved walking out to the patio and enjoying the common area and pool. A lovely beach is just a short walk away, which was a wonderful place to enjoy the stunning sunsets. The complex has a hotel just behind it, which has a great waterfront restaurant, perfect for a romantic dinner or a poolside margarita. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. The condo is only a short drive to shopping and the malecon and we found it very easy to get around. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you Lea!
