- no fireworks, no candles, no fires, no open flame of any kind in, on, or near premises or private beach
- no illegal substances allowed on premises or private beach
- do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on premises or private beach
- fireplace not available for use june to end of september
- adult supervision of children required at all times - we welcome children but house is not childproof
- good neighbor policy: please respect that this is a quiet neighborhood and there should not be loud noises 10 pm - 8am
- use of kayak and stand-up paddleboard is at your own risk and only with signed waiver
- swimming is at your own risk
- use of property, amenities, and private beach is at own risk
- any damages, breakages, unexpected property issues must be reported in an immediate timely fashion
- no commercial photography or filming permitted on premises
- maximum rental period is 3 weeks
- must be at least 25 years old to book
- photo id may be required upon check-in
