☀️ summer note: the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and there’s a portable ac unit in the living room While the home doesn’t have central AC, it generally stays quite comfortable—even during the summer. We also provide fans to help keep things cool. ☀️

bathroom: the bathroom is equipped with a large shower, plush towels, and essential toiletries *Please note- the full bathroom is within bedroom 1 and access requires guests to walk into the bedroom.
toilet 2: second bathroom access available in separate room between the kitchen and laundry room * Please note-this is not a full or half bath, simply a toilet with its own room (and a beautiful view). Please don't judge us based on this silly "toilet room," we didn't build it. looks like a future elgin project is in store for us!

Think, enclosed patio. Baseboard heating and extra blankets will keep you warm in the winter.
