- fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kitchen utensils, plates, bakeware and cookware Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertop. Kitchen has a starter kit of dish soap, paper towels and trash bags.
- enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset from any of the four balconies Balconies off the master bedroom and living room overlook the marina and are the perfect place to relax with a cold beverage and enjoy a beautiful sunset. the balconies off the dining area and guest bedroom look to the east and are great for watching the sunrise
- condo comes fully equipped with bath linens, beach towels (6), shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and toilet paper
