the master bedroom boasts a king bed, large custom bathroom with an updated huge shower, and a lovely sofa sitting room The two other bedrooms offer queen beds and beautiful views, while a comfortable Murphy bed (queen) in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The hallway full bathroom includes stylish fixtures and a shower/tub combo, and the large laundry room features updated appliances and laundry supplies.
outside, the property offers a custom pickleball court and a huge grassy lawn area perfect for outdoor games and relaxation RV enthusiasts will appreciate the large concrete pad with full hookups, accommodating rigs up to 40 feet in length. The Kings River runs adjacent to the property, offering private beach access for swimming (note that river flow is seasonal and can be swift).
