Positive: People were lovely; friendly, helpful, thoughtful, just terrific. Public transportation very convenient, with bus stops only meters from the location.
Negative: A/C seemed to be struggling to maintain temperature, though it wasn't particularly hot outside (for Israel). Loud kids outside until late in the evening every day. WiFi strength was poor. Room itself had many small issues (bathroom door very difficult to close, toilet seat repeatedly disconnected itself from the toilet, shower regularly leaked all over the floor, overall fit and finish of the room was poor).
Summary: Great people, great location, good price, not great room.
