Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Reception staff were very friendly, restaurant staff need work all of them wearing dirty scruffy trainers and the lady wasn't friendly we only asked for some more vinegar and mayonnaise as the ones she gave us were empty. She was blunt and kept huffing and puffing. Rooms were very dated and no pressure in the shower just a trickle of water. I think an iron in every room would be great and thinner duvets they were so heavy and warm. The location was perfect although there was scaffolding outside our window which is fine as I know at times work may be needed to be carried out.

Negative: Some staff members weren't friendly and looked scruffy, rooms were very dated and facilities could do with an upgrade. Front of house staff were lovely and very friendly
