this architecturally designed home in clare is approx 15 years old, set in 05 acres of lovely landscaped gardens, one of the best features of the house is the wrap-around wooden decking which allows plenty of opportunity to sit and take in the expansive country view and enjoy the teeming bird life.
the house is situated 9 mins drive from the coastal village of lahinch, in a quiet countryside location
golf and beach activities are among the main attractions in lahinch The village is unique with a beach which has 2 kms of fine golden sand with the championship links course almost two-thirds surrounded by the beach and sea. Its second golf course is also a fine 18 hole coastal course. Lahinch Golf Club and Golf Courses are World renowned and often described as the ‘Saint Andrews of Ireland'.

the burren landscape and the aran islands are all reachable by car as is the music capital of clare - the village of doolin
for the walking/cycling enthusiast or those in need of a haven from city stress - lahinch is the answer
