There is a private dock with swim steps, a pellet grill and a gas fire pit on the lower deck. there is also a boat launch located two miles from the home at papa chubbys!

this rustic retreat is located down a paved road and situated in a cove on the 26 mile marker in sunrise beach The home is just minutes from many of the Lake’s most popular lakefront bars and restaurants! Papa Chubby’s is two miles from the home which has boat parking as well as a boat launch. Margaritaville and Landshark are a short boat ride across the lake! This home is a 25 minute drive to the Bagnell dam strip.
