all guests are required to pay usd$35, a one-time resort fee for the whole group, directly to the homeowners association (hoa) upon check-in so you can get a pass for your car to go in and out of the resort Please make sure you bring this amount with you. This fee is charged by the HOA, not by the host.
the hoa also gives wrist bands for 6 adults to access the swimming pool Children do not need wrist bands but must be accompanied by an adult with a wrist band. The HOA will not give you more than 6 even if you offer to pay for additional wrist bands.

2) children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
3) people at high risk, those with diabetes, heart problems, pregnant women, etc, cannot access the pool.

5) pool staff operate in shifts At the end of each shift, everyone must leave to maintain the required maximum capacity rule. There will be 5 shifts, from 7am to 10am / 10am to 1pm / 1pm - 4pm / 4pm - 7pm / 7pm to 10pm. These shifts are designed to accommodate the largest number of people according to 25% of the capacity of the pools approved by Coepris.
