the spaces guests have access to is the upstairs portion of the duplex along with the garage, the backyard, and the driveway of the house There is a separate downstairs unit that is not available and it is kept locked. Enjoy all the natural light you could wish for with views of the Channel Islands Harbor and Pacific Ocean. The living space is open concept and makes spending time together as a group easy and fun. we offer beach chairs, kayak, bikes for getting around and some boogie boards too!
