It is a unique and beautiful property, with stunning views to North Haven, the Camden Hills, and the Eagle Island lighthouse. There are over 1,200 feet of shoreline along East Penobscot Bay, with Pink granite ledges, a private beach and a pier. A covered gazebo sits on the ledge over the ocean, and is the ideal spot to sit peacefully with morning coffee, and to watch the sunset in the evenings.

there are 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms It is a wonderful spot for extended family gatherings. The main house has 5 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor (one king, two queens), with 2 full bathrooms (2 showers) and a 1/2 bath. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor (one king, one queen). There is a very large master bedroom with ocean views and a king size bed. There is also a large second bedroom with queen size bed and a sink in the room. There is a full bath with separate shower and full-size tub.

In addition, Deer Isle offers many shops, galleries, 44 North Coffee, a farmer’s market, Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, Nervous Nellie’s, and the Deer Isle Granite Museum.
