Positive: The location was excellent. Within 30 minutes to everywhere in the Napa area. The resort had all the amenities you could want. Even had a party on the lawn on Thursday evenings.
Negative: We received very little assistance from the host or management company. The letter in the room from Crown Reality said bookings for more than 5 days would receive clean towels, sheets, and trash pickup halfway thru the stay. This never happened despite two calls to Vacasa. The letter also said the the front door would automatically lock when closed and it did not. We had trouble getting the correct entry code to the lock boxes upon arrival and it took about 30 minutes waiting outside with our luggage and groceries to get the proper code. Also had trouble with both Coffee makers.
Summary: Beautiful resort in excellent location with poor management of the Condo
