Priority for treatment and passes is given to members and resort guests, before our guests, so 100% availability is not guaranteed.
pools: condominium pool is available to guests 9am to 10pm and is seasonally heated The main resort pool is not available to our guests. The spa pool is available to guests who purchase the $100/day pass or book spa treatments.

silverado resort comprises a mix of condos and hotel rooms rented out by the resort itself, as well as privately owned residences, and privately owned units rented out by owners on vacation rental platforms This condo unit is rented outside the Silverado resort, so any issues pertaining to the condo should be reported to the host only. The resort cannot help you with issues such as entering the property, housekeeping, or anything inside the unit not working properly. Please DO NOT go to the Mansion to "check-in" or request help with your baggage. You may contact the front desk with issues outside of the unit, such as noise complaints, and inquiries about the resort’s basic amenities. Because Silverado is a bustling resort, noise from other guests, landscaping, work trucks, etc is possible and is beyond host control. Host provides sound machines in all condos and recommends that light sleepers bring earplugs. Because the condo does not have a mailbox, guests are not able to send any mail to the property ahead of time or during their stay. Please contact host for options if you need to send mail.
