our enchanting mountain hut in the hessian mountains offers the ideal retreat on a surface of around 30sqm after a day full of beautiful and exciting experiences: hiking, mountain biking, trips to the region or simply letting your mind wander!
the environment
our hut is simply but elegantly furnished and is beautifully situated on the site of a historic shepherd's farm, right on the edge of the forest It is part of a 250-year-old courtyard complex consisting of the main house, the barn, the stables, the historic DAHLER smithy and the DAHLER hut. The harmonious ambience creates an atmosphere in which you quickly feel at home. At home, but secluded from the stressful everyday world.
the living room
the dahler hut is simply equipped, but with everything you need for a few relaxing days: a 160 m bed, two wonderfully comfortable armchairs, a kitchen niche with a dining area and a small bathroom with shower and toilet are available to you.
on cold days, you can end the evenings in front of the crackling fire of the wood stove with a good book and a glass of wine
in the kitchen you will find a basic set of dishes including a toaster, a small fridge and a ceramic hob If you like it even more rustic, you can also use a charcoal grill, depending on the weather conditions.
