Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed unit overlooking the Cabo San Lucas Marina. Although we could walk to the local restaurants, we mostly chose to make our daily breakfast in the fully furnished kitchen and eat it on the scenic terrace. As advertised, the unit was very clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. The owners/property managers were very responsive and answered all of our questions. We have stayed at various condos in Pedregal and this stay was among the best. Highly recommend!The Montemar complex has 24/7 gate security, parking for your car, a fitness center, spacious infinity pool and deli/bar.
