Summary: So there’s nice to say about the place it was clean, right on the bay. It was also not a place for kids it’s very adult the homeowner has in my opinion way too much personal stuff. So many locked cabinets. Not much storage space in rooms other than master which is indeed unique. While I love technology, this place had way too many mislabels remotes. Too many stairs and huge step down to the living room. So definitely not recommend for littles. It’s best suited for couples. Also the owner “stopped” by a few too many times to pick up deliveries that’s a bit strange when I’m staying somewhere it is mine to enjoy. He was very nice but a bit intrusive even walked in once which was way weird. Anyway I don’t want to give a bad review as it’s a good home for couples just not families. Also AC that functioned for downstairs/kitchen and office bedroom didn’t cool things down so if it hot out I don’t recommend we happened to be there when it was warmer than normal. Shower on the floor with kitchen needs a new faucet it’s very fickle. Also needs an umbrellla or two on the patio as the morning sun is brutal. Overall if we had just been a couple not family I think the experience would have been much better.
