Summary: There were numerous long black hairs found in the bathroom and our clean sheets. The staff was able to get us what we needed, but it took a long time. However we stayed on the off-season. The baby crib was missing two wheels so we had to balance it ourselves which was less than ideal. Solid 2.5 stars as it was affordable for the size of the space and location
