guests will have access to the entire home, private pool, boat ramp, and amenity center which includes a basketball / pickle ball court, neighborhood pool, and volleyball court Community Amenity Center is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st.

this home is located on the colorado arm of lake lbj in the legends gated community, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment including legend's golf course and local wineries!
