Huge family house with pool /pool bar. Home sits on 7 wooded acres with a huge front and rear yard. There are plenty of activities in the area - Gun Lake, hiking Yankee Springs State Game area or Fish Lake state land, Gun Lake Casino, Bay Pointe, Pickleball at Curley Cone, and much more. In addition to the pool the house also includes a basketball court by pool area. This is a great house for family /group gatherings.

2022 pool recap - pool season starts after memorial day This gives plenty of time for the pool to heat up and Mother Nature time to blossom around the pool area. June to mid August the pool is blessed with plenty of sun as the sun rises and set high above the mature trees . During this time of year the shade under the deck /pool bar and patio umbrellas become your best friend . Pool temps at this time range from 76 -82 degrees as we have hot days and warm nights . In late August as the kids start getting ready for school, the sun angle begins to change causing it to lower in the sky behind a few trees . With this, the cooler nights hover in the 60s. The warm days still can keep the pool temp around 73-77 degrees .
